Sand Blasting or Crushed Glass Blasting
Sandblasting is the most abrasive form of blasting available. While Sandblasting is the common name, abrasive cleaning is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants. “Sand” is not the actual media utilized; we offer a variety of grits of recycled crushed glass, glass bead or others tailored to your specific project. All materials used achieve the latest environmental standards.
As Sandblasting is the most abrasive form of cleaning for the safe removal of corrosion, mould or paints on your equipment, it is ideal for heavy machinery, industrial equipment, dump trucks and trailers, and brick and wood surfaces. Sandblasting can be used on various surfaces, most effective for smoothing surfaces to ready for paint or paint removal, providing an appropriate profile for new coating or paint system to be applied.
